Gletharr, a kingdom long forgotten and ignored by all others. Once it was a world power, a nation of warriors dispatched to every land in the realms. Now, it is a burned out husk of its former self. The numbers of Gletharrian knights have dwindled in recent years. Gletharr’s darkest hour has come. At its moment of ultimate weakness, the kingdom is besieged in an invasion by an unholy legion of hellish creatures driven by ancient warlord long thought dead. Gletharr has no chance.
The Last Knights is a book about the survivors of the devastating invasion. the story follows the few remaining knights as some seek to avenge their loss while another embarks on a perilous quest for a powerful artifact that may provide answers about his people’s eradication. The story begins in a small isolated kingdom with very little understanding of what transpires beyond its borders. It grows from a simple invasion of a forgotten land into a wide-sweeping dark epic where nothing is as it seems.
